How can I get text to render with lwjgl opengl?

How can I get text to render with lwjgl opengl?

I've been looking all over for this, and I haven't found it. I really need a drawString function for a game that I'm working on with OpenGL (LWJGL). I would greatly appreciate it if someone helped me with a drawString function that allows size and font selection (parameters). If it uses Slick or another library, that's fine. Oh, and I don't think it'll matter, but my LWJGL version is 2.8.3.
